Designed by Central St Martins Architecture student, Conor Morris, it has been co-built with members of The White House community. It is available for use as a pop-up cinema, gallery and workshop space, as well as being Dagenham's only cinema. It is free, publicly accessible and will be a meeting point for people to communicate and share ideas.
