Making a Pond + Deciding What We Grow
Sunday 17 February 2019
1 - 4pm

Across 2019 we will be establishing ‘Friends of Beacon Garden’, a group dedicated to caring for and developing a new community garden at The White House. If you’d like to be involved, learn a new skill or simply meet your neighbours please join us for any or all of our gardening sessions.

On Sunday 17th February, gardener and permaculture expert Graham Burnett will demonstrate how to make a pond in this hands-on-workshop. We will also draw up a planting plan for the coming months. Snacks and drinks provided.

This activity is part of the artists They Are Here residency and commission to realise a community garden in Dagenham at The White House.

You're welcome to just drop in but it would be helpful to email whitehouse@createlondon.org to let us know you will be coming along.
