X Y Z is a conversation between generations to celebrate our differences and share our varied experiences.

This summer, a group of local young people have been invited to take over The White House to create exciting new opportunities for poetry in Barking & Dagenham. They have created X Y Z : an intergenerational zine, workshop, and poetry night.

X Y Z marks the launch of the XYZine, featuring poetry from community on youthful experiences. Poets featured in the zine are invited to read in our open mic, alongside featured poets TBD.

Everyone who takes part in X Y Z will get a free copy of the XYZine to take home. This truly is a poetry night for the ages!
